The End

Well, here we are. This is the last post I'll put up here for the foreseeable future, probably forever unless I decide to revive this blog for personal use at some point. It would be a shame to let such a clever blog name go to waste, after all. Anyway, what follows is a disorganized and informal letter to the future students of this English class. Sean is pretty cool, and does his best to keep the course engaging. You'll get icebreaker questions at the start of class most days- don't overthink them, but enjoy them They're a great way to get to know your classmates, and have a little fun. You'll set up a blog, just like this one- I spent much longer than I should've thinking of a name, and honestly since I just ended up here, really any name will do. Don't worry about it. Take your peers' comments on your rough drafts to heart. Likewise, put some effort into editing theirs so they can improve too. Don't procrastinate (I know, who am I to tell you to do this) like I've done, it seriously affects your writing. The videos and discussions about prickles and goo, they might seem strange at first, but pay attention- they'll teach you about the different types of information that go into writing, and the balance (or imbalance, if you prefer) you should keep between them for your papers to be informative, but still interesting. Have fun in the class- If you're in this class, this is probably the last formal English course you'll take ever, unless you're majoring in English. Make sure you can look back on this time fondly.

Well, that's all I've got. I have a presentation to procrastinate on now, so I'll end the post (and the blog) here. Later, everyone. Or no-one. After all, how many people read random, hidden blogs on the Internet anyway?
